The brand, packages and sample dashboard are fictional. No real property is monitored, no access is maintained, and no inspection, security, rental or management obligation is created.
Owner account safety
Do not submit door codes, alarm codes, full property addresses, identification numbers, guest records, private financial statements, or access credentials through these demo forms. No secure owner portal is implemented.
Financial model
Rental assumptions, fee percentages, operating costs and occupancy are adjustable hypothetical inputs and not property-specific forecasts or investment advice. Taxes, insurance, debt service, HOA fees, repairs and other material expenses may not be captured.
Storms and inspections
Home-watch visits are not equivalent to certified home inspections, licensed property management services, professional security, insurance coverage, or storm damage guarantees.
Before publishing for a client
Configure authenticated owner access, secure uploads, permissions, breach procedures, consent, real service contracts, Florida licensing requirements where applicable, local laws and a reviewed retention policy.
